high salaries, they can only train them themselves. However, this not only increases costs, but also risks
personnel turnover. , the talents you have worked so hard to cultivate may be immediately poached by other
companies, and it is really too late to cry. This is also the main reason why companies are unwilling to train talents.
Probably only state-owned enterprises that do not settle accounts will train some technical talents. , but that’s all.
